Scope
various technically and operationally different aeronautical mobile-satellite service (AMSS) networks have been designed to commence operation in the near future;
Recommends
- that the technical and operational requirements1 for aircraft earth stations of AMSS networks operating in the band 14-14.5 GHz given in Annexes 1 and 2 be used by administrations as a guideline for:
- – establishing conformance requirements for AES;
- – facilitating AES operations.
