The ITU Radio Regulations — and the spectrum management built around them
Why this site exists
The Radio Regulations are public, and the ITU publishes them free of charge. What is hard is not obtaining them but reading them. The allocation table runs to hundreds of pages; a footnote means different things in different Regions and to different countries; and a change made at one conference is visible only by holding two editions side by side. RR Explorer does that work once, carefully, so that the answer can be looked up rather than reconstructed. It does not replace the Regulations. It is a way of reading them.
