to consider studies on sharing and compatibility and develop technical conditions for the use of International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT) in the frequency bands 4 400-4 800 MHz and 7 125-8 400 MHz (or parts thereof), and 14.8-15.35 GHz taking into account existing primary services operating in these, and adjacent, frequency bands, in accordance with Resolution 256 (WRC-23)

What's being studied — points to watch
Satellite links in 7–8 GHz
IMT base stations must not raise interference into fixed- and mobile-satellite reception across 7125–8400 MHz — including stations in international waters or airspace that cannot be registered in the MIFR (Res. 256).
Weather-satellite downlinks
Meteorological-satellite downlinks near 7.45 and 7.75 GHz feed forecasting; their protection is a central requirement of the studies.
Space research & Earth observation
EESS and SRS reception in the band are low-signal and sensitive to aggregate IMT emissions.
"No new constraints" bar
Resolution 256 asks that identifying IMT add no regulatory or technical constraints on incumbents — a high threshold.
