5.339A Additional allocation: the band 1 390-1 392 MHz is also allocated to the fixed-satellite service (Earth- to-space) on a secondary basis and the band 1 430-1 432 MHz is also allocated to the fixed-satellite service (space- to-Earth) on a secondary basis.
